22/11/10 - Are you an early riser? At Powerhouse Gymnasium we open at 07.30 each morning Monday to Friday and at 09.00 at the weekend and on holidays. Don't be bored in the morning, get fit while others sleep.

21/12/10 - Do you have friends who are not members of Powerhouse Gymnasium? Bring them along with you on your next work-out and we will allow them to use the gym free of charge that day. Maybe they will join and keep you company?
